Carpenters Brickworks

The Carpenters Brickworks, located originally next to the Brading/St Helens railway and what is now (2021) known as Laundry Lane, St. Helens, Isle of Wight.
The 1898 Kelly's Street Directory shows Oliver Faithfull as Farmer and Brick Maker at Carpenters. The brickworks is also shown on the 1898, 1909 and 1946 OS maps.
Some of the brick buildings of the brickworks still survive (2021), largely covered in ivy and used as farm buildings.
