Holy Trinity Church, Bembridge
From Wightpedia
The Grade II listed[1] Holy Trinity Church, Bembridge was built in 1845 to replace a previous chapel dating from 1827[2].
The 1827 church was a Chapel of Ease to St Mary's Church, Brading, built on land gifted by Edward Wise, a local land owner.[3] The ecclesiastical parish of Holy Trinity, Bembridge, was formed out of Brading parish in December 1884.
A churchyard surrounds the church, when an extension was required additional land was acquired in 1887 at Land End where a separate Chapel (St Luke's) was erected.
