St Mildred's Church, Whippingham

St Mildred's is the church of Whippingham Parish which used to extend to Shide (south of Newport) and North to the sea at East Cowes. The churches St Paul's Church, Barton and St James's Church, East Cowes were originally Chapels of Ease within the area of Whippingham Parish.
The current Grade I listed[1] building dates from 1860 when it was built on the site of the old church.
